Where do we start? Technology has transformed so much over the past 10 years that it is hard to imagine how it could be 25 years from now. Did you ever wonder what you would do if cars could fly?
Did you ever dream of having touch screen menus, computers, or even dressing rooms? In the year 2035 many of your dreams and thoughts will become reality. Isn’t it strange to think that anything is possible?
The year 2035 will be filled with much technological advancement that life will almost seem unrealistic. However, these new advancements will help shape our world for the best.
Ever imagine having the choice to choose what you want for breakfast with the touch of a button? By the year 2035, you will have the choice not only to have an iMenu, but you will also have the ability to wake up and have an iDress as well. No longer will you have to worry about turning your computer on to view the news or your e-mail, your computer will now be a product of the latest screen technology. The iRobot will be your child’s new best friend. This advancement in technology will have the ability to clean, help with homework; monitor the house, and much more.
How is the airway traffic today? That will be the question you hear on the news and radio across the world in the year 2035. No longer will you have to drive anywhere because there will be cars that can fly! These cars will have the ability to transport anywhere and take a shorter and faster time to your exact destination!
Many individuals will now have a more technological cell phone. This phone will no longer be hand-held, but rather be portable on your wrists. Other cell phones will have 3D imaging and the newest wireless technology that can be used by simply blowing on your phone!
Do you ever wonder that in 25 years people will still be using Facebook and other social networking sites? In the future, individuals will have the ability and capability of interacting and communicating with others through the use of screen technology. There will be 3D holograms of yourself that will be processed to your friends, family members, professors, co-workers etc. that will represent a spitting image of you.
Not only will you be able to virtually communicate and see an image you will also be able to transport documents, photos, news, etc. through this screen technology. But what happens when technology starts taking over the world? Will society be so immersed in the latest and newest technology that we will lose our values and principles? What do you think?
I think when the year 2035 comes around we will have such prominent access to technology that communication will start to lack. People will become lazy and dependent on robots, computers, innovative cars and phones, and more!
The interaction between families will become so overwhelmed and absorbed in the future of technology that talking face to face will seem almost as a task. Do you want to always talk to your relatives virtually instead of physically? I know I don’t.
I do not want my life to sink because of the future of technology. My life in the year 2035 will incorporate the latest technology, yet still including everything I have in my life today.
I know as the years go by more and more people will start to forget of life in the year 2010, but I know I will not become submerged in a technological world. For me, having technological advancements are a privilege not a right.
If our society can use these new advancements for the good than we, as a society, is doing a good job of creating them. However, if the world suddenly becomes mad and chaotic than we are just setting ourselves up for turmoil!
Instead of watching videos on YouTube of how the world has grown in the last 10 years, we will be experimenting and evolved in a world so big and immersed in technological advancements we won’t know what to do!
People will begin to base their lives on all the new advancements that they will not know what to do if the technology they have FAILS! What will people do if this image of the future becomes impossible? What will happen to our world if all these new hopes for the future of technology create mayhem?
Individuals will not know what to do if their flying car back fails and suddenly the battery based on energy dies. If the new cell phones and computers suddenly become to heavy or powerful for their own health. Children will become so immersed in the life of video games that their health will suffer. They will be too caught up in a world of make-believe, yet almost real that they will lack normal exercise and outdoor activities we have today.
So what happens now? Do we wait in hope of the future or do we sit in anxiousness of a technological world? I say we should not take for granted anything that we have now because you do not know what will happen. There is a reason why each and every one of us has a brain. It is the foundation of all technology. So I leave you with this…
